Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States only (all 50 states).

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.

How long it takes

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes about 7–12 business days. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks of purchase.

Our products ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, so if you order more than one item they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 days to show the first update.

Something wrong?

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or the tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email us at support@stiffless.com and we'll sort it out with a replacement or a full refund.
