Two balls, one gap for your spine. The Peanut Ball rolls along both sides of your back while the middle stays clear of your spine. Lean into a wall or lie on the floor and roll slowly.

Why people like it

• Peanut shape: works the muscles on each side of your back at the same time.
• Firm foam: holds its shape under your body weight without being rock hard.
• Not just for your back: shoulders, glutes, calves and the soles of your feet.
• Fits in a bag: take it to the office, the gym or on a trip.

How to use it

1. Stand with your back to a wall and place the ball between the wall and your upper back, one ball on each side of your spine.
2. Bend your knees slightly to roll it up and down, slowly.
3. Stay on a tight spot for a few breaths, then move on.
4. For more pressure, do the same lying on the floor. 5 minutes is plenty.
