Who we are

Stiffless is an independent online store run by Francisco Walker from France. Contact: support@stiffless.com.

Products

Stiffless products are general stretching, mobility and comfort tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Use them as described on the product page, start gently, and stop if you feel pain. If you are pregnant, have an injury, a medical condition or have had recent surgery, ask your doctor before use.

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and sizes are approximate.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping within the United States. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
