What's in the set

• The mat: a full-length mat for your back, or to stand on barefoot.
• The pillow: goes under your neck, or under your lower back.
• The carry bag: roll it all up and store it under the bed.

How to use it

1. Lay the mat on the floor or the bed. The first few times, wear a thin T-shirt.
2. Sit on the edge and lie back slowly, spreading your weight evenly.
3. Start with 5 minutes. Breathe slowly and keep still.
4. Build up to 15 to 20 minutes as it gets more comfortable.
